Registration & Payment Process:
Click: 1. "Registration & Payment" → 2. Select the proper payment channel → 3. Submit the registration and invoice information → 4. Submit your accommodation intention → Submit the order and make payments → Upload the voucher after completing the transfer.
1. Click the [Registration & Payment] button on the home banner, or click [Registration & Payment] - [Register] in the navigation bar;
Before the participant registers and makes payments, please read the following.
1. For this conference, Shenzhen Changzheng Consulting & Planning Co., Ltd will be entrusted as the receiving unit of the registration fee, which will issue the invoice.
2. All participants should make early payments as possible. In special cases (for example, if only the official card can be swiped), for the participants who can only make on-site payments, please be sure to submit the registration information in advance so that the conference staff can make on-site arrangements.
3. Recommended method for the conference fee payment via the official card (over payment): The official card early payment can also be made with the over payment of the card. First, transfer a certain amount from the personal account to the official card; second, the formed over payment can be directly transferred to facilitate the payment of the conference fee (this method does not require borrowing from the unit, which can simplify the process of the conference fee payment, and reduce such fee to a certain extent.
Note: Due to the different regulations of various banks, it is found that some banks such as CCB do not support this method of transfer. Please kindly be informed).
4. Please be sure to "Upload the Voucher" so that Finance can know about your payment status in a timely and accurate manner.
Tips: There are two ways to upload the voucher.
(1) Follow the registration and payment steps. In the "Remittance & Transfer" interface, you can see "Upload the Voucher", click it to upload the payment voucher.
(2) If you forget to upload your voucher after submitting your order for the first time, you can log in to the official website of the conference → "Personal Center" → "My Order" → find the order for which payments need to be made or the voucher need to be uploaded, as shown in Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 3 below.
5. With a simple account, multiple participants' orders can be submitted at the same time. When submitting the order, just increase the number of participants on the interface, and fill in the corresponding information, as shown in Figure 4 below.
6. When the student fills out the registration form, please upload the corresponding page with the photo of the student card (as shown in Figure 5 below), including photo and student related information.
7. The submission of the paper, and the registration and payment can be carried out separately. The participant can submit the abstract of the paper before completing the registration and payment.The Academic Committee will select a part of the abstracts submitted by the participants of the conference as a conference report or a poster for the conference.You can visit the official website of the conference → Login → "Personal Center" → "Paper/Abstract" → Submit the abstract information.

8. If forgetting the password when entering the personal center, you can retrieve it from the email sent by the system at the time of registration, or click "Forgot Password" to reset the password on the login page.
（2）如果您首次提交订单后忘记上传凭证，可登陆会议官网 → “个人中心” → “我的订单” → 找到要支付或者上传凭证的订单，（如下图1、图2）
7. 征文提交与注册缴费是可分开进行，参会者可提交论文摘要后再完成注册缴费。学术委员会将从会议注册参会者提交的摘要中筛选部分作为会。议报告或会议展示海报。可登陆会议官网 → 登录→“个人中心” → “论文/摘要” → 提交摘要信息
